Q. How do I apply a discount code?
A. If you've received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount.
Q. Can I apply more than one discount code at check out?
A. No, unfortunately discount codes cannot be combined.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes, free shipping will be applied automatically for all orders over $75. Please note that this only applies to orders over $75 AFTER your coupon code has been applied.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. We usually ship orders the next business day. Delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on where you are).
Q. Do you ship to the UK & EU?
A. No, we do not offer overseas shipping at this time.

Q. What is the best way to extend the life of my product?
A. The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed.
